Ravenous for some donair, which I didn't end up liking so much anyway. A cool photo of the inside of the diner where we got them, and also some garlic fingers and ginger ale. A bunch of classics!

Halifax public gardens

The longest bridge (13km) over ice covered water. The Confederation Bridge connecting New Brunswick with PEI. We took part in a Terry Fox run across this bridge a few days later as a nice surprise present for my birthday!

It's just called hockey here! The Toronto Maple Leafs lost to the Detroit Red Wings - my first game. Great atmosphere, a couple of small fights, Oh Canada, and the organs.

The Toronto sign in the middle of the city - so nice and walkable :)
